Our minor, but the more powerful vibration welding machine offers an attractive design as well as digital controls and thus closes the application gap towards ultrasonics:
Fills the economical gap between upper power level of ultrasonic equipment and low end of vibration systems.
Ideal solutions for weld areas, which are no longer weldable by ultrasonics.
Recommended for resins, which are difficult to weld by ultrasonics - e.g. semi cristalline materials.
Suitable for bonding thermoplastics to non- thermoplastics - e.g. fibre board, textiles, wood.
Able to weld assemblies where internal components are sensitive against ultrasonic frequencies or heat through hot plate.
