Ultrasonic Welding: Large-Part Customized Machine Using Consequent Modular Design

BRANSON has developed a new concept for large-part ultrasonic customized machine by consequently employing modular technology. Thus it is possible to provide an optimum response to the increasing demands of the automobile industry and its suppliers.
The machine range provides widths between 1200 mm and 2500 mm at an standard depth of 1200 mm. Other dimensions can be supplied as specials.
The modules can be arranged in parallel or inline. It is therefore possible to cover the entire application spectrum, for example door panelling, bumpers and instrument panels.
